Day 20

Don't let the big picture scare or overwhelm you.

Focus on the small tasks, chip away at your daily goals one at a time and take it day by day.

I am a sucker for cruel and unusual punishment so I look at almost all of my goals daily. But maybe this is not your jam, if it's easier to focus on the micro pieces of the puzzle, then do that. That's why we have built them out.

Day 19

Movement aligns the body, checks us in and clears the way for both thought and execution. When we move first thing in the morning we signal to our brain that it is game time. This is turn fires the right hormones, lifts our spirits and sets the tone for the day.

And it does not stop there.

This priming in the morning also brings you down at night. It will help you sleep and maintain better sleep cycles. A little movement in the morning goes a long way, I promise!

Here’s a jam to get you moving while you make your morning coffee (it starts a bit harsh, but trust me, the groove is smooth and fiiiiine)

Day 18

If you are having trouble setting your goals, use your fulfillment matrix from WK1.

Look at your categories, see if you are showing up, and start think of things you could do NOW to make them all a 10/10 in your life.

Don't overthink it, just start doing things you enjoy and make sure they are aligned. It can be as simple as seeing your family 3 times this year.

Here’s a mellow jam for your morning….

Day 17

I have found that when I am surrounded by things that annoy or challenge me, I am actually attracting them.

It has nothing to do with those around me, but everything to do with my own attitude and perspective. When I own my state, control my own perspectives and bring the energy I want to be surrounded with, the whole world opens up.

Day 16

Every day we are presented with both good and bad outcomes.

We can choose to see them as this, or change our perspective.

Both good and bad outcomes come with learning and lessons that can help us improve dramatically if we silence our reactions and approach them objectively.

There is always a silver lining.

Look deep, it is there.

Day 15

Do something epic for yourself this weekend.

We’re serious.

Make a choice without inhibition, without rhyme or reason, without anything but the burning desire to get after it.

Eat something good, do something rad, love the sh*t out of someone or something... You deserve it.

Day 14

Here is an amazing song that I used to calm my nerves.

Play it, relax the mind and go somewhere else.

Feel the vibes, feel the music and calm the mind.

Day 13

All it takes is a little self acknowledgement to keep the momentum going.

Whether you "won", "lost", stayed still, it does not matter. Why? Because you learned something new about yourself. And that matters.

And a morning jam, that matters too….

Day 12

Self love is at the foundation of all productivity.

We work hard when we believe in something, and we only truly believe in something when it originates from our heart. Getting in to one’s heart can be tough, and it takes self love to do so.

Here is a cool technique by Tony Robins to dive in to your heart.

Day 11

Far too often we get stuck in the mindset that we are not where we need to be.

Celebrate the little steps and give yourself acknowledgement for being on the path.

You are doing amazing things.

And of course ….

Day 10

The world around us always ebbs and flows, we have to be ready for that.

Be flexible in the details and rigid in the outcome.

And a morning jam, because our lives all deserve a killer soundtrack….

Day 9

Remember …that a journey of a thousands steps starts with a single step.

Cliché? Yes. But it’s gold.

Do not try to bite of more than you can chew.

Look at your big vision, distill it down and choose one task to start with. The magic is in the compound effect.

Here’s a stunning morning jam to get you going. Looking to the stars ….
