Mornings are primetime (double pun. swish.) to set yourself up for the day.
On Thursday morning (July 19), at RYU on 4th Cam MacDougall is rocking a session for us all to walk away with our own Morning Priming routine.
He's been an awesome part of this community and has a solid approach to mornings that not only makes each day better, but over time, it can also unlock bigger things in life.
Oh yeah, he's also going on an epic adventure to raise money for underprivileged youth and we're down to support that (see below).
Entrepreneur | Coach | Stoke Sensei | Adventurer
Cam is not only always pushing himself to get the most out of life, but he gets fired up to help others have the same.
Rad human, ex-criminal, part sage, part mountaineer, part philanthropist and full send... he's led the Chasing Sunrise community on some badass Sunday School adventures last year, built and sold a company, started a coaching biz The LIfestyle Blueprint, done a ton of personal work, and is now embarking on an insane ride called: Shorten the Divide.
If you've heard of our Spirit Quests to get tacos in Tijuana, driving all the way there in a weekend... Cam was a part of the brainstorm that was born out of, and now he and Geoff Livingston are doing something similar... but on mountain bikes... Damn.
They are pushing themselves to ride from the Canadian Rockies, to the Mexican Border... and raising money for a great cause. (Friends of ours as well - the Take A Hike Foundation)
