HOW OFTEN ARE YOU ACTUALLY GRATEFUL FOR YOU?

Whether you’re on target for this week or month, take a few minutes right now to mentally list out as many little or big wins as you can find for this week.
It’s one thing to build gratitude for life and all of the things around us that make life worth living.
It’s also key to be grateful for your self. For real.
Be grateful for the effort you’ve put into your life. Be grateful for your own willingness to struggle and your hard earned abilities. How hilarious you are. How resilient. Or how capable and good hearted. The way you care for others.
It’s not just about being grateful for the world around you, it’s easy to forget about yourself in that. It’s not about ego, but just about what’s true.
Because I guarantee you, to someone else, probably a lot of other people, you are a large and very real part of what makes their world so worth living in.
Be grateful for who you are and have become. It probably wasn’t easy getting here.
So this morning look back on where you’ve come from, and give yourself some genuine no BS gratitude and respect.
And enjoy the hell out the weekend.
