May 21: Check Your Limits
This morning, pause and ask yourself--am I challenging myself, or am I in a comfort zone during these early mornings? Am I asking myself to stretch and grow where it matters, or am I playing it safe?
With about 2 weeks left this month, it's important to pause, look and see where our limits currently are. Adjust things, push a little more to see if you can, see how that feels.
If things are feeling good but still challenging, and you are making progress and growing where it matters to you, awesome! Keep on that path.
If you realize you are no longer courting your limits and growing where you want to, maybe things feel routine or momentum has dragged, ask yourself a few of these Qs:
How do I want to feel by the end of this month?
What do I really want more of in my life?
Ok sure, but what do I REALLY want?
Where can I raise my standards for myself a bit more, have I been letting some things slide a little too long?
Add something new to the mix this morning, make a plan for tomorrow, and reset.
Every morning is another opportunity to take steps towards the life that feels right for us. Don't let a single morning go by while playing it safe.
Make today's sunrise count, even in the smallest of ways.
