Apr 30: Day 19

Every day, it’s important to ask and answer these questions: “What’s good in my life?” and “What needs to be done?”
— Nathaniel Branden

Here we are, at the end of the April round.

Huge congratulations on making it this far. We know this is not an easy road and most people will never think to do it. But you did, again. Maybe this month was a breeze for you, and you built some solid momentum. Maybe it was a real struggle, and you know there was more you wanted but it wasn't in the cards. Maybe your month was somewhere in between.

However your month felt, pause for a minute and think of three things that went well this month. Go.

Look up from the screen.

I'll wait.

Regardless if you checked in 19/19 or only a handful of times, taking time to reflect on your wins is key. This journey of early mornings can be grueling some weeks and a breeze the next, no month is every exactly the same. But one thing is for certain, we are never exactly the same. We change throughout our lives, even one month to the next. What we can choose is how we change, how we grow, and where we want to change as we head into our future.

What still needs to be done, what do you want more of?

Think about that for a minute, what comes to mind first?

Listen to that.

What is your next step to make it happen? Name it.

Though this month of DED is winding down, we know the journey of building our best lives this isn't over. If, like us, you know you have more in you to explore and bring out, this doesn't have to stop unless you want it to. You may be wondering and yes, DED is coming back for another round starting next week, Mat 1-31st. This next round is just for members like you who have done it before and are back for more.

Are you down? Ready to start a new season with intention and build on your momentum? We are, if you are. If that little voice inside you is saying 'YES', listen to it, and click here to sign up.
